Confirmation Email
A confirmation email will be sent out to you once booking is confirmed. The email will contain further details regarding inspection day, a contract, and payment processing via Moneris. Once contract is accepted and payment is processed, inspection is confirmed.​​

Inspection Day
The inspection typically lasts between 2 - 3 hours. We ask that you meet the inspector towards the end of the inspection so that all the information can be gathered and presented. If you are not not available, an agent may act on your behalf. Here the inspector can answer any questions you may have and go over any major deficiencies, if any have been identified which may impact your decision making. A report will then follow within 24h with more details to include minor deficiencies and descriptions of all major components associated with the property.

The Report
In the report you will find descriptions of all major components of the property such as: roofing, exterior, structure, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, plumbing, and interior. Any time a major or minor deficiency is identified, photos will be provided to highlight the issue. This is where we will note the condition, it's implication, the location, a recommendation or action to be taken, and a timeframe to address the issue.
