David Trottier
David is a Canadian Armed Forces veteran of 20 years having served both east and west coast navies on multiple operations. During that time, he owned, operated, and renovated a variety of properties in Canada and the US ranging from condos, houses, and multi-family units. This experience, coupled with technical knowledge from Carson Dunlop, CDW Engineering, along with field experience, gives him the ability to accurately assess and identify issues that may be missed by the untrained eye. David believes that text book knowledge is one thing but experience is another.
